The Age of Agents is just beginning
We are a small team led by Baljit Singh, exploring the next chapter of AI: systems that evolve from answering questions to taking action. Our north star is to build toward an agentic future that expands human capability, creates new skilled work, and makes AI useful in everyday life without leaving people behind.

Vision
We are moving from a world where people use software, to a world where people direct intelligent systems. The interface will not be only screens. It will be intent, conversation, and outcomes.
Society of agents and directors
Every role will gain a software co-worker that can plan, execute, and learn. The highest leverage skill will be direction: clear goals, clear constraints, and strong judgment.
Work shifts upward
Work will shift from doing tasks to designing tasks. People will define outcomes, policies, and quality. Organizations will become networks of humans and agents working together.
Trust becomes the advantage
As capability grows, trust becomes the true differentiator. Safe autonomy will beat raw autonomy. Observability and accountability will matter as much as intelligence.
What we mean by Agents
Agents are not chat. Agents are systems that act. An agentic system can take a goal, create a plan, use tools, coordinate across steps, and learn from outcomes.
Core capabilities
- Turn intent into structured plans
- Execute across steps and tools
- Handle uncertainty and recover from errors
- Know when to ask for human judgment
- Improve via feedback loops and evaluation
A guiding idea
The best agent experiences will feel less like talking to AI and more like directing work. When the system is designed well, it earns trust through repeatable behavior and clear boundaries.
Design direction: Goal → Plan → Act → Verify → Learn, with human judgment steering when it matters.
Ecosystem and Work
We are at the start of a new ecosystem. It will include people who use agents, people who build agents, and people who operate agent systems at scale. As capabilities grow toward stronger general intelligence, these roles will evolve, but the ecosystem will remain.
How humans will use agents
- Now: bounded help that reduces repetitive work and improves quality
- Next: coordinated workflows where people manage exceptions and set standards
- As AGI evolves: humans act as directors of purpose, values, constraints, and meaning
As intelligence rises, responsibility rises too.
How humans will develop agents
- Now: assemble workflows, tools, policies, and evaluations
- Next: reusable agent modules with clear contracts and boundaries
- As AGI evolves: shaping intent and constraints becomes as important as engineering
The future developer is part engineer, part product thinker, part systems designer.
How humans will deploy agents
- Now: careful rollout, strong boundaries, clear records
- Next: standard deployment with monitoring, evaluation, and improvement loops
- As AGI evolves: deployment becomes societal infrastructure, trust becomes non-negotiable
At scale, every agent becomes a policy decision.
The skills layer for individuals
- Directing outcomes with clarity
- Writing constraints and policies that protect people
- Defining quality and evaluation rubrics
- Understanding tool boundaries and risk
- Working with agents as teammates, not magic
The systems layer for organizations
- Governance and accountability
- Monitoring, auditing, and incident response
- Secure tool and data access patterns
- Continuous evaluation and improvement
- Human training and change management
How we help
We work with startups and companies that want to lead, not follow, in agentic AI. We love ambitious futures. We are also practical about what it takes to build them.
Vision and strategy
- Where agents fit in your business and why
- What to do now versus later
- A roadmap built around real value and responsible rollout
System design and operating model
- Turning intent into practical workflows
- Defining where humans stay in control
- Designing for reliability, evaluation, and trust
Founder advising and product direction
- Clarify wedge use cases and product narrative
- Pressure test assumptions and tradeoffs
- Build for trust and adoption, not only demos
